Terms and Conditions -Delivery & Return Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of publishing.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of our products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a Product´s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mis-pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are based in £GBP, other prices are approximate. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due at the checkout page. Goods are subject to availability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your products but if you do need to return or exchange it for any reason we are always happy to help. Should you change your mind about your purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days with an original receipt and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs). You must let us know you are planning to return your item(s) within 14 days from purchase date, the item(s) must be received by within 14 days.

Please let us know ASAP if you will be ruturning your goods via email at “ emailevelina@yahoo.com” where we can authorise your return. Only approved returns will be processed.

Please note earrings and intimates and vintage clothes ( we can not verify the use, therefore we can not accept returns on those) can not be refunded. 

We do ask that for any returns or purchases that your purchase is in its original packaging and unworn. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will be refunded within 14 days since we receive your purchase back. Any discounts you applied will be deducted from the refund.

WHO PAYS FOR THE POSTAGE?

Unfortunately we do not cover the return postage of items returned for an exchange or refund.

WHAT IF I'M RETURNING MY ORDER FROM AN INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY?

You must contact us and ensure that you have posted your item within 14 days of receipt. You must mark 'return' on the customs form when returning to the UK, otherwise we will be charged high import charges which we will not be held responsible for and this will have to be covered by the buyer.

Please note: We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected). In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to accept pierced pieces of jewellery or jewellery.

GUARANTEE

Our products are guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase, within the bounds of normal wear and tear. We cannot exchange or refund customer damaged goods (eg. worn in water, swimming pools, put through washing machines, dropped on hard floors, torn by children etc). Your statutory rights not affected.

We also sell vintage/ preloved items and these are not perfect condition. Please beware these could have slight imperfections. 

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 7 working days.

CARE
Our jewellery is fragile so please treat it with the love it deserves.
Here are a few tips to help you care for your jewellery:
Avoid hairspray and perfume when wearing your jewellery - put your jewellery on afterwards.
Do not wear your jewellery in a swimming pool, bath, shower or hot tub.
Refrain from wearing jewellery whilst doing housework, DIY or any other strenuous activity.
Store your jewellery in a safe place, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, from scratches and away from dust.
Store your jewellery separately so that it does not scratch or tangle with other jewellery.

Please note only one promotional code can be used against purchases online at any one time.

Data will be used by us to help us process your order, notify you of important changes to our website and inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers.
If you do not wish to receive such information you can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email.
We will not disclose your information to any third parties.

DELIVERY

We offer worldwide delivery.

Please note Bohemian Sisters Collective does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.

We aim to dispatch your order on the next 2-3 working days but in any event your order will be dispatched within  5 working days of receiving it, providing your order is in stock.

Please allow extra time for busy periods. If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact us.

If you order products from our shop for delivery outside the UK, it may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Standard postage and packaging charges are based on the value and weight of your order.
